Please take a moment to review our Refunds Policy: No Refunds on Completed Services Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns about the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge for the service. Dissatisfaction with Service If you are unsatisfied with your car wash or detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address the issue and offer a redo of the service at no extra charge. Deposits A deposit may be required for certain services or packages. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if made with at least 48 hours' notice. Service Not Performed If a requested service was not completed or performed incorrectly, we will correct it free of charge upon your request. Payment for Services Payment is due at the time of service. If you have any concerns about the charges, please address them before payment is made.
